We do not offer "free" samples.

Customer may purchase "full size" samples for evaluation.

Minimum sample order is $30.00, not including shipping.

If you purchase additional products, BoingSafety will credit the cost of the sample purchase toward the new purchase. The credit is only for the product value, not the shipping.

The sample offer is valid for 30 days from the date of the sample purchase.

If you return the sample, it must be received by BoingSafety, within 30 days of original order, in new, un-used condition suitable for re-sale. The return shipping is your responsibility.

If the product is not in new, re-sale condition, there will not be any refund because it has no value for us.

The refund is only for the product value, less a 20% restocking fee. If the sample is not shipped to Boing Safety within 30 days of purchase, the customer forfeits any refund.
